Courses are taught live online by Dr. Susan Liautaud. For confidentiality reasons courses are not pre-recorded and not recorded while in session. Courses are offered in the following two session formats:

  • Espresso Shot (4 hour intensive)
  • Long Form (90 min sessions for 4 weeks)
